Flutter Studio provides mobile app development, web development, UI/UX design, and related consulting services. Full project scope and deliverables are outlined in individual project agreements.
Each project begins with a written agreement specifying scope, timeline, milestones, and pricing. Changes to scope require written approval from both parties and may affect the timeline and cost.
Payment schedules are defined per project agreement. Typical structure includes an upfront deposit followed by milestone-based payments. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly service charge.
Upon full payment, all custom code and design assets created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client. Flutter Studio retains the right to use generic components and the project as a portfolio piece unless agreed otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep project details, business strategies, and proprietary information confidential throughout and after the engagement.
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty after project delivery. Extended maintenance and support packages are available at separately agreed rates.
Flutter Studio's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all completed work up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan.
